•Lead a global 80+ people organization focused on technical program and portfolio management, M&A integration, data analytics, cloud supply chain management, and agile coaching responsible for shaping the platform and security development and execution for Autodesk.
•Set planning and execution cadence for >3000 engineers, product managers, program managers, executives, and the Autodesk board.
•Develop regular platform operations meetings, enabling independent execution and ensuring that outcomes are achieved within budget, on time, and with the expected customer benefit. 
•Established a companywide steward program rallying Autodesk to build on shared cloud and desktop capabilities.
•Built a data analytics pipeline processing billions of data points for business analytics and smart insights.
•Manage a 40M+ annual budget and 7-figure companywide royalty and cloud contracts.

•    Expanded the teams scope from lead generation to strategic program planning and execution.
•    Manage the full Technology Center budget and responsible for various other team-wide operational functions.

Senior Engagement Manager, Technology Centers

•    Created a new organizational structure and build a high-performing, diverse team of 10 very talented and engaged superstars that are distributed across the US and Canada. 
•    Developed business process automation utilizing modern web tools, APIs and Microsoft systems automating ~2000 tasks a month, to allow my team to support, track and amplify the activity of up to 400 technology center resident teams per year.
•    Broadcast the joint impact of Autodesk and our diverse community of industrial, academic and entrepreneurial residents on practical innovation to internal Autodesk audiences and external key opinion leaders. Together, we foster radically open innovation to shape the future of architecture, engineering, and construction.

•    Architected and implemented a new strategic initiative to connect research activities to product and business teams. Working across organizational boundaries and with a complex network of stakeholders I facilitated the process from inception to execution including buy-in from both C-level executives and individual contributors.

•    Create a strategic alignment of the Technology Center with the global Autodesk strategy and craft appropriate objectives and key results for our teams.
•    Manager our resources, scale and secure IT setup, and digitize processes to streamline operations for all Autodesk Technology Centers globally.

Technology Center Operations Manager

•	Directed design and development of the Life Sciences BioCAD tool “Genetic Constructor” to transition from a research proof-of-concept to an enterprise product with a $3M pipeline by developing a feature set utilizing user interviews of industry experts and market analysis.
•	Spearheaded marketing and communications efforts that led to negotiations with three global, multibillion-dollar enterprise clients within the industrial enzyme space.
•	Managed day-to-day activities with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment and motivated the team to solve complex problems within tight timelines. 
•	Interfaced with industry-leading scientists and senior leaders of target client enterprises, gathered requirements and led cross-functional design and development teams to translate customer expectations into product features.

•	First scientist on the team, second employee overall.
•	Managed the product from market fit to technical implementation.
•	Successfully acquired pilot customers, delivering customer support and experimental design and execution; creating our annualized recurring revenue (ARR) stream.
•	Specified requirements for hardware design and device integration into Transcriptic’s automated services, managing device research, implementation, and quality control for 12 distinct device classes.
•	Supported CEO in $9M budget management, strategizing business decisions and fundraising efforts.
•	Developed hiring strategy and planned healthy team structure and growth plan (3 to 36) for the company.
•	Selected and negotiated the lease of an office space, designed the lab, sourced all materials, hired contractors, and, facilitated the transition of an entire company to a new space with only 4 hours of downtime.
