As part of EZRA’s RevOps organization, I led a small but mighty Global Sales Enablement team. We enabled Seller Performance globally through our hugely successful Onboarding program, our innovative Upskilling programs, and our extensive library of content. We also led Change Management efforts to support Go-to-Market activities. Our methods here included Learning, Knowledge Management, Coaching and Mentoring.

Led a global team of Solution Leads to support the Sales Organization and EZRA's growing list of incredible Customers across the world. As EZRA's first Solutions Lead the year prior, I quickly earned the opportunity to lead this newly formed team. In this role I got to Scale the team by Hiring the right Talent and Building Processes that would serve EZRA's foundation moving forward.

Led a team of Senior Learning Partners to support the ongoing Learning & Development needs of 11,000+ employees across IT, Network, Corporate and Media. Here my team worked in partnership with the HRBP community to deliver one of the largest Learning Programs I've experienced to date, which was in support of an incredible Digital Transformation that only Rogers could conceive and deliver.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀:
If you've spent any time in Canada, you'll know Rogers - they're one of the biggest Telecom providers here. Here I had the privilege of supporting their IT, Network and other back-end teams. I learned a great deal here, including operating at scale, as my team and I supported the Learning and Organizational Development needs of a large group of employees across the organization.

Moneris

Led a team of Project Managers within Moneris’ Project Management Office and owned the Contractual & Compliance Portfolio. My team and I supported projects that dealt with Organizational Infrastructure, Industry Compliance or Moneris’ many Partners. This is where I got to apply the incredible experience and capability I acquired earlier in my career, while working with Project Managers at CIBC.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀:
Moneris is Canada's best Payments Processor. Besides being where I first learned about the world of payments, my time here is where I truly first learned my field. That's because now I had to do what I did in Learning & Development, while also learning about a new organization's people, products and processes.

Program Manager, Project Management Office

Held a variety of roles within the Learning & Development function at Moneris. Within my time there I owned the Leadership & Employee Development, Operational Learning and Change Initiative Readiness aspects of the team. I was responsible for Leadership Development programming, and our Corporate Surveys (Leadership, Peer and Organizational Engagement), which included the administration, analysis and action that generally goes with these.

CIBC

I held a variety of (slightly) different roles in Learning & Development at CIBC, but they were always leading the Change Management or delivery of Onboarding programs for different Lines of Business. On Change Initiatives, I acted as the Learning Work-Package Lead on projects, which is where experienced world-class Project Management. It's where I first learned how to manage to a schedule, and it's something I have used and adapted in my roles since CIBC.

🏆 My work on an important piece of learning earned me CIBC's prestigious Annual Achiever's Award. The learning program was in support of Privacy and Anti-Money Laundering legislation, which was just being enacted at the time. This was only possible because of the support of many incredible stakeholders across the bank!

My career in this chosen field (Learning & Development) is due to my experience at CIBC. I originally joined CIBC as an agent in one of their Contact Centres. The onboarding experience was incredible and the Facilitator we had literally inspired me to learn about the field. I knew I found my calling!
