Built many different lead lists for partners. Looked for and found MANY beneficial, great, supportive people, clients and business partners. Offered and advertised all of our services to new and existing customers. Created and updated all data in our CRM. Created templates, scripts, sales and marketing forms. Ran all nessesary reports as needed. Closed and complied all sales both verbally and written. Assisted with payroll. Ran all card payments. Created and completed docusign documents, when needed. Schedualed all conference calls and meetings. Decorated, cleaned, and designed our office and floor to be positive and uplifting for all. Added in a variety of decor items on holidays, birthdays or company celebrations. signed for all packages that were delivered and sent out nesessary mail. Made sure the office was always clean, items/supplies were available, snack-coffee-soda-tea-water bar was fresh and sanitized. Opened and closed office. Made sure nessesary reports were completed. All technology and computers were shut down or turned off. Security system was on or off and doors were locked. Completed cleaning list every morning and night. Answered all incoming calls, chats, emails, skype messages and retrieved all VMs. Created forms for the sales team,  so all VMs were promptly responded to.  Did any other tasks or jobs that were requested to be done from all teams and my boss.

Rockstar Hair Extensions

Instructed cosmetology students/stylists how to do 13 different methods of hair extensions!! I assisted the owner, Scott, with many different classes/students in quite a few different states and in many areas here in Utah!! This was a very exciting, incredible, busy position. But, one that taught me so much in so many areas. It made me much stronger and secure in management, teaching, advising and earning respect. It helped me with some of my skills and strengthened my talents. I taught classes that were hands on and required me to be consistently interactive and available for help for classes with up to 27 students at a time!! Then I also taught written educational classes to many students to. This was a very great opportunity for me and I will remember many things that I learned, while working with the owner, that are still very beneficial for me to this day!! At this time I knew for sure that I wanted to be a business owner.

I was the front desk manager and did retail sales and inventory at this salon. They also had a tanning salon!! My main roles were answering , assisting all incoming calls from clients. Scheduling, booking and canceling appointments for all of the stylists. Checking clients in and out, making sure they left with the best products for the service they recieved  and hair/skin type they had. I did this best  by listening to their wants, needs and past products they had used. I processed all payments and completed all bank deposits. I did the inventory for most supplies/products. I cleaned, arranged and designed the waiting areas. Ordered magazines and books. Signed for and accepted deliveries. Sanitized and cleaned the entire salon, tanning beds, bathrooms, office area, color/product room, laundry area and stylist stations. Did all of the laundry daily as needed. I would get to assist and help stylists with clients when we had slow days. This was a great, happy, fun, successful business and I enjoyed working with all of these woman!!! I progressed and learned alot while being a part of this team!!
