Cortney Sedighi Cronin's Linkedin Analytics

Cortney is Corporate Investigations Counsel at Accenture, focusing her practice on corporate governance, internal investigations, and employment law matters. Previously, she was a commercial litigator, representing clients in state and federal court in both Texas and Florida. Cortney earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Best Oral Advocate Award in the Jackson Walker Moot Court Competition and volunteered her time to the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. While at SMU, she was an active member of Women in Law, the Intellectual Property Organization, the Longhorn Bar Association and the Student Bar Association, all while working a full-time job. Prior to law school, Cortney graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. At UT, she served as the secretary and social officer for the Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter and taught as a laboratory assistant at the UT Department of Biological Sciences. She remains a devoted Longhorn fan. Currently, Cortney is CCEP certified and a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Cortney serves as a board member for The Discovery School and is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
