Little did I know that what I learned while teaching college students with learning disabilities was that how I developed their curriculum would become the foundation to one of my key values: I firmly believe that we can not succeed without understanding why a problem exists. In order to understand how, we must first examine they why. By systematically deconstructing complex challenges, i love to empower customers to steer their teams toward operational excellence. I believe that integrity & character should be the root of what drives you, no matter what title you may hold. To me, the way you make others feel and the support you offer are the main indications of success.
