•	Developed ChainBuilder ESB (www.chainforge.net). ChainBuilder ESB is application integration middleware for use in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments. 
•	Lead the team meetings for progress check and future work assignment. These regular team meetings made the team time more time efficient.
•	Brought agile development approach and restructured team for peer working which raised team’s enthusiasm and motivation.
•	Wrote specifications documents based on direct interactions with the client and researches in specific issues.
•	Designed software architecture based on specifications documents. The result was class, interactions and component diagrams. 
•	Fully implemented the following major components: ETL API and Editors, Alerts and Monitoring Engine, Portal framework and base console application, Admin Console and Admin Console Pro as integrated parts in portal framework, JMS component, Email Component.

•	Lead a team of five web developers on one of the company’s projects. 
•	Assigned tasks to team members and kept track of the development process. 
•	Interacted with the client to reveal his needs and transform those needs in future project requirements.
•	Linked parts, made by the team, to one whole application.
•	Project solicited good knowledge of PHP programming, SQL and CSS styles.

•	Designed and developed “Kober Reports” and “NotarSoft”. They use J2EE technology, MySQL Database Server and Jasper Reports API. 
•	“Kober Reports” was integrated with SAP system, serving as an extra reporting tool.
•	“NotarSoft” was used in a notary office as Document Management Software.
•		Analyzed and developed an Info Kiosk for Local Public Administration Iasi. It was web based project deployed on Apache with MySQL servers and requiring good PHP skills.
