Courtney Matteson's Linkedin Analytics

I have worked with two of the top U.S legacy airlines in various positions from airport customer service to reservations. I am very highly motivated having started University at the age of 16 at The University of Cincinnati with a Major of Arts and Sciences with a focus in Linguistics/TESOL studies. During which I self studied the Korean language and obtained a TOPIK score of upper intermediate. My future goals are to one day be able to combine the two things I love most in the world, helping people communicate and helping people connect. Both of which the airline and linguistics industries make possible and accessible daily. I hope I am one day able to work in a postion where I can utilize and implement both my linguistics skills and background as well as my airline experience to better help customers see and experience the world and others through a new lense. The airline industry is one full of endless possibilities for both its employees and it's customers and I love being a part of that experience. Whether it's someone's once in a lifetime vacation or a business travelers 100th trip, you never know how you can change their experience for the better. That's why we keep climbing!
