With more than eight years of experience in advocacy, program management, and trauma-informed response, I specialize in providing guidance to individuals, teams, and organizations on achieving a better understanding of equity and inclusion and how to support survivors of violence. Throughout my career, I have established long-term partnerships within our communities and dedicated my efforts to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the field of gender-based violence. During my tenure at the University of Cincinnati, I spearheaded initiatives aimed at the prevention of campus sexual assault. I curated impactful programming on crucial subjects such as bystander intervention, fostering healthy relationships, promoting cultural inclusion, and more. On an individual level, I have provided confidential crisis intervention services, advocating for individuals who have experienced discrimination, bias, sexual harassment, or power-based violence. In both roles, I adeptly harnessed feedback to transform intricate data into compelling narratives of advocacy and effectiveness, spotlighting the impact and success of our programs.
