• Conference Qualifier FY ’13 Top 25% in the company
• Circle Qualifier FY '14 Top 25% in the company
• Selected to attended Leadership Trainings for Core Sales and 401k 
• Attended 3 weeks of 401(k) & FSA Sales training in Rochester, NY Headquarters 
• Prospect new clients via daily telemarketing and meeting with business owners and decision makers.
• Build solid relationships with local Financial Advisors, creating a trusting partnership to refer new business back and forth. Educate them on not only 401(k) plan details, but also Fee Disclosure, 3(38) Compliance, and investment portfolios to best suit our client’s needs.
• Visit 12-15 clients/week in their place of business, analyzing the prospect’s needs and interests, determining with products are the best fit for them, and closing the business.
• Perform 1-2 Employee enrollment meetings per week, educating and informing them of how to make positive choices and changes for their future.
• Conduct American Institute of Certified Public Accountants/ AICPA seminars to local CPA’s for their ongoing credits.
• Build strong relationships with internal members of my organization to exceed customer service expectations; Approach all customer projects with a “team selling” strategy.

•	Manage initial lead qualifications 
•	Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
•	Discuss with potential customers to determine their needs, gather and document their requirements
