𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 🍪 I quit Girl Scouts in 2nd grade after I sold a ton of cookies and found out I didn’t get to keep the money. Joined a door-to-door sales club instead and never looked back. My customized greeting card sales may have peaked in childhood but my knack for building relationships while executing a vision is thriving. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 🎤 Sold & managed over 350 virtual events in the last two years, showing corporate team leaders how they can keep distributed employees engaged and invested. Being an integral member of a bootstrapped startup, I wore a lot of hats from lead B2B sales and account manager to project manager and customer success. I'm equally proud of the team’s 4.9/5 star rating as with the personal client feedback I received like “infectious energy” and “That was one of the most fun Zoom calls I've had!” (Hey the bar may be low these days, but I’ll take it). 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 🎒 I’ve lived in 5 countries as an adult, and for many years I was in the hospitality (hostel) industry as a manager, consultant, and website editor. Backpackers are some of the cheapest people you’ll ever meet, which taught me that if you can increase revenue in a hostel, you can do it anywhere. They’re also some of the most community-oriented people, and my time in the industry laid a deep foundation on the importance of human connection, fostering culture, and facilitating belonging and inclusion. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 🐊 I’ve had my fair share of sink or swim moments. Like guiding white water rafting in Swaziland, in a river full of crocs (10/10 don’t recommend), or maintaining exceptional client satisfaction during 3x accelerated growth in my most recent startup sales role. These moments have reinforced the importance of strong systems, constant (re)prioritization, powerful project management skills, creative solutions, and my never-ending desire to make shit happen. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 🏄‍♀️ After a layoff in January, landed a new role in just 2 months as a Customer Success Manager, exploring the other side of sales for a change!
