During my 4 years at SurveyMonkey I facilitated the inbound lead flow for the B2B funnel to the sales org.  I supported a variety of teams: Product Marketing, Demand Gen, SOPS, SDR Teams, and Customer Support.  I was involved in projects such as the B2B Resource Center, merging 2 SFDC instances and 2 different marketing platforms post the TechValidate acquisition, GDPR Compliance in alignment with our Risk, Security, IT , and Engineering Departments including a massive overhaul to our Email Preference Center to consolidate unsubs from 4+ platforms into one warehouse.  I also worked on Project Customer 360 which built a scalable process to farm our existing client database for DG for the B2B arm, and with the 1st Annual Virtual Curiosity Conference which involved 4 "interest tracks" and . I led and supported a small team of Marketo Admins who owned their own projects such as Autoresponders, Scoring, or Nurturing across all lines of business.  We worked hard, and we had fun doing it!

Data Cleanliness - Lead Source, Status, Product Family, Job Title, Job Level
Lead Routing - Assigning MQLs to proper Lead Routing Queue in SFDC

Senior Manager Marketing Operations

Responsible for:
▪ Delivered training to customers in a variety of methods - in-person at Marketo location, on-site at customer location, and virtual (1, 3, and 6 hour classes).  
▪ SME for Revenue Cycle Explorer - involves mastery of the product and "Training The trainer"
▪ 2015 Marketo Summit University Day Instructor and Track Owner for "Analyze"

Marketing Operations Instructor

Responsible for:
▪ Communication between Marketing & SDR teams by analyzing and documenting Lead Routing, Lead Scoring, Lead & Contact Status and internal alerts.
▪ Ensured proper segmentation of messages for Lead Gen and Customer Communications efforts.
▪ Created custom User Roles and Geo-Specific Workspaces in order to expand the Marketo User Group Program and allow regional MUG Leaders to manage their own invitations and programs.
▪ Transitioned a +65-person Marketing department with multiple budget owners to Marketo Financial Management (MFM). Liaison between Finance, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure no loss in budget-tracking and analysis.
▪ Co-Founder of Data Integrity Recover Team including competitive intel, industry codes, Account/Parent Account hierarchy, address, Company Size (Revenue and Number of Employees).

Responsible for:
▪ All Lead Gen Activities including Paid Programs, Content Syndication, Webinars, PPC, and field Events.   
▪ Managed partners such as Madison Logic, MarketSync, AddThree, and Marketo.  
▪ Analyzed results of Marketing Campaigns with SFDC and Marketo, determining ROI at the end of each quarter or project.  
▪ Produced content for newsletters, webinars, and drip campaigns for Prospects in the Business Travel Industry.

▪ Developed and implement MarCom system tracking via ViewPath (Project Managment software compatible with SalesForce.com).
▪ Created new referral bonus program involving industry non-profits
▪ Monitored all market communications for brand identity and message discipline - analyze results for future communications.
▪ SalesForce.com Administrator - own process of gathering leads from web forms, through campaign management, to Inside Sales Team.
