I joined MindBridge, an AI startup, to lead Enablement during a time of rapid change and organizational growing pains. My focus was on bringing structure to internal processes, establishing foundational sales methodologies, and building scalable training frameworks from the ground up.

I quickly immersed myself in the AI platform, learning it inside and out to better support cross-functional teams in an environment where roles and responsibilities were often shifting. Some of the work I’m most proud of includes partnering with Marketing to develop the company’s first formal onboarding program, leading the design and execution of our Sales Kickoff (SKO) with very limited resources, and refining sales messaging to help bring consistency and clarity across teams.

While the company was still finding its footing, it was rewarding to play a part in shaping the early customer and employee experience of a product with real potential in the AI space.

● Received the prestigious Program of the Year award from Forrester in 2020 for exceptional work on Dayforce's Sales Process.
● Attained President's Club recognition in 2020 for outstanding performance enabling sales.

Responsibilities and Contributions:
● Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by successfully building and managing a Global Sales Enablement team with employees based in London, Canada, and Singapore
● Conducted a comprehensive needs assessment and collaborated with the NA, EMEA, and APJ Sales Leadership teams to achieve pipeline generation targets and drive growth across all territories.

While most industries were just starting to explore data, we were building AI-driven solutions that transformed business decision-making—automating insights, detecting fraud, optimizing risk, and driving real-world impact at scale. At SAS, AI wasn’t just hype; it was trusted, explainable, and enterprise-ready before the rest of the world caught on. ● Received the Social Selling Influencer Award from LinkedIn in 2016, recognizing expertise and influence in the field.
● Exceeded quota set for the Social Selling program with impressive growth rates:

● Traveled extensively, visiting 𝟰𝟱 countries over four years, to promote and support the Global Social Selling Program.

I began my career in artificial intelligence over 14 years ago at TheraSim, a pioneering virtual patient simulation company that leveraged machine learning to enhance medical education and clinical decision-making. TheraSim’s AI-driven platform provided interactive, real-time training for healthcare professionals, simulating complex patient cases and offering intelligent feedback based on best medical practices.

This early experience solidified my passion for AI, machine learning, and innovation in applied technology. It also laid the foundation for my expertise in AI, and I have continued to refine throughout my career.

During my time at TheraSim, I worked at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and education, contributing to:
	•	Machine Learning & Decision Support: Helped develop and refine AI-driven patient simulations that adapted dynamically to user actions, improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment decisions.
	•	Adaptive Learning & Reinforcement Models: Enabled personalized training experiences by leveraging user performance data to adjust case difficulty and reinforce critical clinical skills.
	•	Natural Language Processing (NLP): Assisted in implementing AI models capable of interpreting free-text medical inputs, enhancing the realism and interactivity of virtual patient encounters.
