I am now focused on leading enablement for the customer success team. I am excited to learn a new part of the business and continue making a meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of coaching and guiding more than 4,000 Enterprise Account executives across the globe, traveling to over 48 countries in the process. I've also completed two terms toward my Global Executive MBA from Duke University. As a performance coach, my primary focus is on empowering people to prioritize building trust and creating lasting relationships with their customers/buyers, rather than solely focusing on closing deals. As a leader, my goal is to inspire my Dayforce team worldwide to advocate for our people and continuously enhance their skills. Making a meaningful impact is just as important to me as making money.
