Experienced manager that has had the ability to learn valuable knowledge and skills from forming interpersonal relationships with coworkers, employees and customers to handling difficult customer service situations. Working with everyday shop data encouraged a knowledge hunger that sent me to work on certifications to transfer into a new career field. With a fundamental knowledge of Python complete from the University of Toronto provided by Coursera I entered into my current certification, Data Analytics provided by Google’s Analytics team provided by Coursera as well. This has taught spreadsheets, SQL and basic analytical skills. Learning R is the next step that is coming in the current course.
