As the Director of Cloud Solutions Strategy at IDBS, I hold the responsibility of reducing time to market and enhancing customer satisfaction by driving increased adoption of cloud services. Additionally, I am accountable for driving growth in cloud revenue.

With a proven track record in people management, I lead cross-functional teams operating across different locations. I provide technical leadership to the C-Suite, as well as collaborating closely with Product and Strategy teams, contributing to the development of new products and offering lifecycle recommendations for our SaaS portfolio.

•	I also work as an individual contributor with leadership, sales, product, and engineering teams to support the development of new products and drive growth and efficiency gains for our existing product portfolio. 

•	I ensure that KPIs, business cases, and roadmaps are not only commercially viable and compliant but also contribute to the timely delivery of value for our products and solutions. By aligning them with our strategic objectives, I facilitate continuous improvement across our organization.

Director of Cloud Solutions Strategy

As the Senior (Technical) Product Manager for the IDBS Cloud Platform, I am accountable for defining our strategy and executing the roadmap for the underpinning technology that enables teams across IDBS to deliver novel products and solutions to our customers. 

I serve as the public face of the IDBS Cloud, supporting sales enablement and marketing campaigns, to educate both internal and external customers on the benefits and technical capabilities of our SaaS products.

I work directly with the leadership and product teams to support the development of new products and make life cycle recommendations for our existing SaaS product portfolio.

• Develop business cases and roadmaps for the platform to ensure the security, reliability, scalability, and automation of our deployed customer products and solutions.

• Support sales engagements such as RFP preparation and customer workshops.

• Collaborate with Engineers to break down large programmes into deliverable projects.

Senior Product Manager - Cloud & Platform

Fuze

I define and own the relationship between Product Managers, Product Marketing and Engineering to create and drive Fuze strategy for carriers, infrastructure and connected devices. 

I delivered a cloud based telephony system into our Asian markets including China which alongside my teams regulatory and compliance work in India enabled access to an additional $2.7m new business bookings.

Own the Voice strategy and roadmap for Product & Engineering including.

I built Product teams to produce repeatable, scalable, and supportable solutions that drive feature adoptions to enable the customer on their digital transformation journey with Fuze. 

As the owner of the Solution & Engineering product strategy, I was accountable for driving these solutions into Professional Services and Sales orgs to translate our roadmap and customer requirements into solutions by delivering compelling products from concept to go-to-market propositions. 

• Managing and defining metrics for every aspect of the business to promote and communicate scheduling, capacity, growth, and success into the wider business

As the Principal Consultant my role was to transform Applicable from IBM/Lotus Notes specialists to hosting Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business in the Private Cloud for BT Global.

• Technical Lead in creating the Vodafone One solution and support methodology for the hybrid Nortel and Microsoft OCS solution for Vodafone Enterprise and solution delivery.
• Developed the detailed technical design for each customer engagement
• Manage the end-to-end technical deployment, resolve technical issues, interface with technical resources within Microsoft and Vodafone and the activities of implementation engineers.
• Provided the technical leadership for UC and creation of Vodafone One during the takeover of Central Telecom.

I lead the implementation, design and sales of infrastructure LANs, Enterprise Wireless Systems including 3Com Managed Wireless and Trapeze Managed Wireless for Capita.

Work closely with all Capita .ict’s teams to produce bids for tenders with particular priority placed on liaison between the project board members.  

My role also extends outside of the Network Infrastructure elements.  Again utilising my strong customer focus and company liaison skills, I have helped establish strong and definite relationships with Dell, 3Com, Lend Lease and Trapeze Networks.  

Furthermore, working for the PFI and new school buildings has led me to take on the ICT Procurement and project delivery of new builds for Lend Lease and the Northampton LEA where I am now one of the first points of contact for new project and consultancy roles. This as recently as March 2008, has brought in new business as my manner and style of consultancy has won favour with both of these companies.
