Long-term strategy development and analytical performance marketing. 🚀I love working on long-term marketing strategies and for me that doesn't just include a bit of advertising and sales promotion, but encompasses the whole business. From IT, features to sales, business development and revenue generation. 🐱‍👤My second passion is analytical performance marketing. Growth hacking and advertising are both part of that for me. The numbers have to add up, and if they don't, I'm on my knees for days to find the error or the next growth lever. But I am not a huge fan of turbo-capitalism with negative ROAS and "customer lifetime value will fix it" . Long-term planning and healthy growth are the keys to success for me. 📷But I also have a creative heart beating in my chest. I taught myself photography and graphic design. Both financed my studies (alongside my parents) and sparked my love for marketing. So I sometimes create the creatives for performance ads myself when I want to quickly test a hypothesis. 🚲A little bit about me personally: I enjoy my work, but my friends, family and free time are enormously important to me. I like to be socially involved in youth work, go mountain biking (the muddier the better) and am a passionate, albeit untalented, handyman.
