I'm currently Chief of Staff at digital product consultancy TXI, where we deliver experience-led data products to companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100s. In formal terms, I serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and own organizational results for a team of 70+, ensuring that operations, communications, and large-scale initiatives are all moving in the same direction – ultimately making TXI more effective, sustainable, and transparent. In real human language, I'm a sounding board and accomplice for people across our company, asking questions and offering different perspectives that help clarify their thinking. I help us say "no" to work that doesn't align with our goals and help us say "yes" in a way that gives us the best chance for success. Prior to joining TXI, I led content development as managing editor for ThinkCERCA, an award-winning edtech literacy product. Before pivoting my career into tech, I spent a decade in project management at large enterprise organizations, and before that, I was a rock journalist and a private detective. I hold a bachelor's degree in a subject irrelevant to my current work and occasionally tell stories in the backs of bars, entertaining literally tens of people.
