We did it...doubled the number of recruits through 'Canadianizing' existing sales tools.  Led the globe for a time in the race for partner enablement.  Launched business development efforts for larger partners to augment growing revenue streams to further penetrate this new market.  Created knowledgeable fans at large distributors through teaming with Senior Account teams and management until SUSE went into transformation mode after being purchased and shifted toward globaly implementation and consulting firms.

Held Global responsibility for increasing profitability with assigned MSPs and service provider partners.  With no specific program in place, I built out competitive sales and marketing presentations designed for use by partner and their customers, assisted in creating targetted and repeatable business development efforts for partners. Pulled together and delivered partner technical enablement programs.  Worked with Senior Presales on recruiting, technical presentations and RFP responses working with some of the largest SI's globally targetting enterprise customers.  Participated in industry specific tradeshows, events to promote global capabilities.  Created pipeline upwards of 3M in net new business.  Asigra shifted away from channel development 2017.

Teneros won the 2007 Microsoft OEM channel partner of the year award out of 60,000 entrants due to the success of our channel in scaling our business.  100% channel driven vendor.  Purchased by VMware.
