Born and Bred in Hospitality, over the past 17 years I have worked across the Northwest and beyond in some Fabulous Venues giving me a true love and foundation for the industry. Working for Northcote Group at Ribble Valley Inns and eventually being promoted to General Manager of the iconic Northcote at Old Langho. After a short sabbatical working at the London 2012 Olympic Games I returned to Northcote as General Manager, after which the Hotel was awarded Hotel of the Year with the AA and I very proudly won an Acorn Award in 2015 with The Caterer and Hotelkeeper Magazine. With this passion and foundation in the industry it is now my privilege to work alongside Jodie Eccles (Head of Hospitality) here at Ginger Hospitality. As a team we work with both Candidates and venues to build long lasting relationships and bring value to both individuals careers and the properties we work with.
