I lead the Pricing, Proposition, Sales Process, Channel Management and delivery functions across all channels including branch networks, telephone, web and intermediaries.

Supporting the wider housing market by delivering LBG objectives of lending to 1 in 4 UK first time buyers and delivering great customer service.

Responsible for all UK Marketing activity across Utilities, Financial Services, Property and Retail.This encompasses all marketing channels and both affinity brands and HomeServe branded activity.
I also lead the Marketing Operations division offering shared Marketing services to the Homeserve group comprising Print & Production, Data Services and in-house creative studio.
I also look after Sales Through Service, Direct Sales and lead a team of 90 Senior Sales & Marketing staff.
