I'm a strategic thinking Enterprise Coordinator at Sheffield City Council and SYMCA Careers Hub working to improve careers education and raise aspirations for young people with SEND in the city region. I love working with SEND and mainstream schools and colleges to deliver a meaningful and impactful careers strategy, complete with quality employer encounters in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
