I am also a certified relationship transformation coach, with a background in psychology and NLP training, helping clients redefine team dynamics, culture, and community inside and outside their organizations. Where I Came From: Life experiences help create peoples' current reality. In my early life I: -Lost half my immediate family to various illnesses -Spent years in painful drug addiction and isolation -Had no communication skills -Was broke and near homelessness Next Steps: I learned the only way to get out of my head was to be in service of others. Community, connection, and communication led me to a new life. I got married, had three kids, became a top earner in my industry and spent my time volunteering to help others find their passion and fulfillment in life, business and relationships. My experience in coaching and strategic intervention has allowed me to work with numerous individuals and companies in finance, law, accounting, medicine, real estate, development, and investments, to map out and actualize goals with speed and precision. I have also spent 15 years hiring, training, managing, and leading teams while training and developing executives leading their own companies as well. It invigorates me to facilitate relationships and development of internal managers, staff, vendors and partners, to optimize outcomes, confront challenges, and grow beyond the current stage.
