If you consider that people and technology are the two most common denominators in almost every business, imagine what would happen you were able to increase their performance output, even nominally. The sum of these nominal increases could have a profound impact on your business. 

I fundamentally believe that through deliberate and concerted effort, we all possess the ability to improve our performance output in our chosen fields. I’m a management consultant with 14 years of industry experience guiding mid-market businesses to source, procure and implement SaaS technologies. 

Having worked within the management consulting, HR, digital, EdTech, behavioural, and people performance landscape for more than a decade, I founded Four and One Consulting with the vision and aim of guiding businesses to source, procure and implement SaaS technologies. As such, we take a client-centered approach to understanding and addressing your technology needs. 

We work on behalf of our clients, NOT the vendor. 

I have a passion for people performance, enabling technology and behavioural psychology, and I am motivated by combining these passions in deriving ways for people and businesses to understand more about themselves in order to perform and grow.

I've been working alongside MasterStart for over two years as an industry expert for a number of their online short courses.
