Finally we implement your growth plan initiatives in our Flourish stage, to accelerate growth quickly through investment rounds to set you up for exit or IPO.

Turnkey’s solution provides a panel of advisors to sit on your board that can be swapped around as necessary, giving you access to an amazing team of experts on a flexible basis as you implement your growth plan.

Turnkey works with a handful of high growth potential businesses a year, who are usually at an early stage in their lifecycle, although may join later if scaling up or pivoting the business.

Our inputs deliver business growth, accelerate performance, and deliver a much more investible and valuable business.

We do not charge a fee for our services. Instead, we agree on an amount of equity in your business that is exchanged for our package.
