Led the strategy and roadmap for all AWS Global Event Technologies across product and program job families. - Launched a User Acceptance Testing program using existing resources and deployment timelines reducing high impact bugs by 73% and increasing the product feedback loop resulting in delivery of a 20% increase in user requested features.
Instituted a regular GameDay cadence and testing strategy ensuring the product had no felt regression within the continuous deployment model. Since inception grew the testing team into an AWS Marketing center of excellence providing UAT and GameDay support org wide supporting more than 25 teams and their programs.
- Attained full compliance of AWS application security standards. Led application security process across all marketing technologies finishing 2021 without any high security findings across AWS events for the first time. 
- Reduced departmental spend for global events by 2.5m annually with internal build (accounting for cost of increased fte) with an expectation of up to 18m annually as support of new orgs increased.
- Built and managed a team of 18 FTE and 25 contingent employees with less than 5% attrition over 2 years. Currently support 30+ global teams and their events with a forecasted scope to increase to all Amazon and Amazon Subsidiary events by 2025 with capacity for all languages and currencies.
