I am the Director of Commissioning for Emerging Technology at Hyster-Yale Group, a global leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of materials handling equipment and solutions. With over 9 years of experience in the field, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and a strong background in analytics, applications, and commissioning services for materials handling. My mission is to grow the Hyster Reaction and Yale Reliant, Robots and Telematics programs through the strategic use of analytics, applications, and commissioning services that delight our customers. I lead a team of project managers and field engineers who implement complex engineered solutions at customer locations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. I also develop applications and analytics that allow customers to easily manage complex fleets, optimize performance, and reduce costs. Additionally, I am responsible for building new teams and businesses for emerging technology programs, redesigning and improving processes and systems for data harvesting and intelligence, negotiating contracts and managing profits and losses, and recruiting, staffing, training, and leading project managers and field engineers. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
