As an ACC-certified coach (ICF) and Henka Institute alumna, I design and facilitate tailored coaching and training programs that boost team dynamics, leadership skills, and organizational performance.

As the representative of the employers of the banking industry, I represented the members for various mandates at European and national level, such as EU Commission, European Banking Federation, ADEM steering group, Economic Committee (“Comité de conjuncture”), Luxembourg enterprises association (“UEL”)... I was also in charge of ABBL’s technical committee on social affairs and the CBA joint committee.
Noteworthy achievements are the CBA for banks, the national agreement on teleworking and the right to disconnect.

In this organisation I wore two hats. On one hand, I oversaw the general HR administration, including i.a. recruitment and dismissal, disciplinary measures, compensation and benefits, training plans, employee performance assessment, labour law and internal communication.
On the other hand, I was the legal expert for the market entry of the company in France with the Carte Zéro product. In this role, I advised the management on various situations, reviewed the legal documentation and agreements, validated customer communication and marketing campaigns. I also followed-up on corporate secretarial work (BoD, Shareholders’ meetings...)

HR & Legal Officer

I was a member of the Personal Tax and Private Wealth Services team, I was involved with the preparation of advanced tax requests, acquisition and financing agreements, inheritance and patrimony structuration in cross border situations.
I also prepared all the documentation for impatriate regime, employee compensation schemes, warrant schemes and stock option schemes.
I was an active team player for clients and internal presentations and trainings.
