Change Academy Manager

Developed the students' experience journey (Admission, Onboarding, Academic Success, Personal Development, Student Administration and Academic Affairs and, Academic Counseling) in the six undergraduate and four graduate programs for around 300 students per semester.
Built the change management strategy for the transition of the 100% of data, processes and usability of the academic management system to Oracle. 
Designed and implemented the first academic success model for graduate students to achieve a 85% graduation rate. 
Formulated the concept for the 2017 Open Campus marketing campaign for which the College earned internal recognition as "The Most Creative".
Managed to digitize 40% of the processes and procedures associated with management requests and services.
