Learning & Talent Development 
-Collaborated and established relationships with Talent Attraction, Technology Disciplines, and People partners and developed strategic initiatives to drive critical talent changes and decisions. 
-Successfully designed, developed, and delivered an extensive portfolio of more than 100 learning and development programs. These programs have led to talent attraction and retention.

Diversity & Inclusion 
-Developed and led seven cohorts of women in leadership programs, impacting over 600 women from more than ten nationalities. These 600 women contributed to building our talent pipeline, with 25% of them starting a recruitment process, and eleven were hired.
-Developed an extensive portfolio of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. I was the program manager, ensuring alignment with technology disciplines and capacity teams. I employed agile management practices to coordinate subject matter experts and successfully designed the learning and training experiences in a hybrid and diverse, multicultural environment.
-I led the Women Initiatives Council, overseeing the development and delivery of learning opportunities for more than 3,000 women worldwide. Last year, the programs helped more than 40 women receive promotions.

-Designed and executed Global Training Program for 600 mentors. The program was part of a company operational model restructure, I demonstrated consulting mindset, agile approach, and change management skills. 

-Helping 80+ Women in Mexico Learn Web Development Basics with Televisa Foundation. Program Manager of a project with social impact, upskilling young Mexican women to join STEM successfully. 
-Actively embodied ownership and community values by promoting women's career development, engagement, and retention. Leader of the Women Initiatives Council, providing learning opportunities for + 3,000 women worldwide. 

-Enabling L&D for more than 2,000 employees. I have designed, developed, and executed more than 100 learning and development programs. I have managed and ensured the engagement of over 2,700 students on a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

-Designed an innovative approach to upskilling through Tech Mentoring Program. Led a program that fostered collaboration among the Technology employees by providing a platform for upskilling in high-demand tech skills and driving innovation through community building and hands-on experience.

Development and execution of key initiatives to attract the best students in Mexico to enroll at Tec. 
•	Successfully pivoted the attraction strategy to a 100% online format in response to COVID. Developed and executed a week-long event that hosted 30+ different workshops. It attracted 900+ participants with a measured NPS of 8.7.  
•	Reached the attraction goal for the first semester of 2020 despite COVID setbacks by significantly growing our digital channels and high-touch, personalized service to qualified leads. 
•	Reached the 2019 annual attraction goal 4 months in advance by providing a unique experience for applicants. Coordinated and executed a gala event for 100+ people to welcomed new students.
