cross discipline members - Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Data Science - from
concepting/pre-production to live.

Senior Project Manager / Senior Producer

Ubisoft Bucharest

Main quests:
- In a nutshell - collaborating with all parties involved in
the development of a game in order to ensure
certification success by: mentoring developers and QA
on optimal implementations, constantly monitoring the
state of the game by validating 1st Party Standards,
assessing risks and offering mitigation strategies
throughout the lifecycle of a project

- Coordinating multiple, multi-site, concurrent, AAA
games through various milestones in their lifecycle
- Creating and maintaining Jira implementation
structures and dashboards for all applicable features
and 1st Party Requirements
- Creating and maintaining documentation database
- Using progress/test tracking tools such as Testrail/
Xray
- Elaborating and maintaining checklists based on
project specifications
- Coordinating allocated resources in order to ensure full
coverage in the given time frame
- Assessing needs, holding trainings and presentations
for both Production and QA teams
- Ensuring that the means and methods of reporting are
efficient and information complete (tasks, bug, test
reports)
- Analyzing and improving submission processes and
procedures
- Guiding junior specialists through training, and
assisting them throughout the validation and certification
processes


Side quests:
- Developing small to medium scope specialized testing
automation solutions using scripting, such as: console
config, 1st Party executable interaction tools using batch
files; small python based parsing applications
- Managing the development of an internal, NAS based,
automation solution for build distribution - copy to PC &
install on chosen platform
- Managing the development of a tool meant to
automatically update both query and visualization in a
Kibana dashboard

Senior Compliance & Certification Specialist

- Working in partnership with development teams to educate, implement, monitor and test Microsoft Standards
- Act as liaison between Microsoft Certification, Production and Quality Control teams
- Create and maintain Jira implementation structure with all applicable Requirements
- Create and maintain documentation database
- Set up Testrail with all available tests applicable for the given project
- Build a checklist based on the project specifications and divide tasks based on allocated resources in order to ensure full coverage in the given time frame
- Assess needs, hold trainings and presentations for both Production and Functionality test teams
- Ensure that the means and methods of reporting are efficient and information complete (tasks, bugs, test reports)
- Perform Risk Assessment and offer solutions for mitigation throughout the life cycle of a project

Microsoft Compliance Specialist

Ubisoft Online Requirements & Networking Specialist - Project Coordinator

- Ensure the correct implementation of company online standards
- Manage, plan and coordinate resources and testers on assigned projects
- Maintain a high level of communication with all departments from studios across the world
- Troubleshoot any technical issue regarding the platforms, tools or Online services in the team/studio
- Measure and certify that the products are correctly using the network protocols and 1st Party Standards
- Execute NAT Interoperability tests using various NAT types configurations and equipment
- Run Quality of Service tests targeting induced bandwidth, latency, Jitter and packet loss to ensure that the user experience is not affected in bad, average or extreme network conditions
- Research and improve the existing procedures and test-cases in order to help increase the overall quality of the product

Ubisoft Online Requirements and Networking Specialist

- Work closely with production teams in order to ensure the Quality of the project
- Investigate, reproduce and report any defect, providing detailed and clear steps to reproduce
- Create and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios responding promptly and professionally to bug reports
- Ensure that tests are performed accordingly to Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo's acceptance and exit criteria;
- Compile various reports such as: Smoke, Build status, Daily reports

Senior Game Tester
