-RFQ's.
-Negotiation on the conditions and payment terms such as Framework
contracts as more simple supply's.
-Research, evaluation and selection of suppliers considering standarts to apply
and Know How from other similar proyects.
-Preparation and issuance of PO ( Purchase Order) monitoring them as well.
-Coordination of reception of the materials ( Due a lack of space).
-Inventory control and warehouse.
-Translation contracts and conditions from German to English and from
English to Spanish always under the supervision of our lawyers and official
translaters.
-Double check of the Technical Specifications before submitting it to the
possible suppliers in order to confirm that we are having in mind all the
standarts to fullfil.

Supply chain - Buyer

NERVION INDUSTRIES, ENGINEERING AND SERVICES, S.L.U.

-RQF's.
-Price negotiation.
-Translating German standarts in order to hlep the QA/QC department.
-Monitoring manpower hours.
-Submitting pre payrole sheets to our tax advisor.
-Legalizing in German institutions all our Spanish workers.
-Finding accomodation for all the workers on site.
-Managing all the flight's for rotations.
-Completing data as needed for extra-works.

Tech Data Europe

Process 3 way PO matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items.
-Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
-Audit and process credit cards bills.
-Respond to all vendor inquires.
-Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
-Assist in month/quarter/year closings.
-Review all invoices for approprite documentation and approval prior ro
payment.
-Assist other teams (Lands) to establish and take rhythm and shape at works.

Vendor controller

Provided technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. Performed security administration functions for user, data, and remote access.
At the moment I am getting into Cisco Networking also.
