•Responsible of the web and mobile filter taxonomy, involved in numerous projects with IT departments in order to constantly improve customer experience on FD website

Pricing Specialist & Master Data Team Manager

•Evaluate, compare and report the relative KPIs for business
•Monitor the competitor business and keep self informed about fashion and entertainment trends
•Reach the target through campaign evaluation, feedback and propose solution in order to increase the KPI

Additional tasks:
•Make selection of products for the future campaigns
•Inform all departments involved in this process about any change which can occur in planning
•Support the Inventory Sales Manager selecting the references for supplier returns based on contractual clauses

Extra Achievements:
•During the accomplishment of Stock Analyst position, the website underwent and I set as a personal objective to keep the database updated for the accuracy of information (the most significant change was represented by the conversion of original size into EU size charts)
•In charge for the pricing at all the sales events, and together with my direct manager I built a large number of specification for new reports in order to analyze in details the sales trends
•Closely collaborated with the IT departments as all the changes were conducted at their end on the website, thus maintaining daily routine accordingly
•Proposed new campaigns, maintain close liaison with visual department to vividly express through banners a specific product selection

•Re-view the orders form from our suppliers in order to be sure we have all the information (prices – retail prices and purchase prices); information about the products composition; and other characteristics like colors, gender and style descriptions
•Update the database with information such as: price, names, stock, etc.
•Maintain the contact with our suppliers in order to solve all the problems which can appear during listing process
•Support daily activity for Buying team and Campaign Production team

Extra Achievements:
•During the accomplishment of Purchasing Assistant position, I was involved in training sessions as a trainer for the new employees induction. The main task was to make sure that they understand and learn all the daily procedures and how to operate all the systems in order to meet all requirements

•Team up the Purchasing Director to analyse and to decide upon the products to be listed in order to make supermarkets product portfolio competitive in comparison to the rest of retail stores

Extra Achievements:
•The product catalog was divided between the store categories and the beverages category was displayed on two pages. I contributed with the suggestion to include two cocktail recipes in each catalog issue and promote the beverages which were used in the drinks. Inspired by my proposal, the Buying Director decided to change the product catalog format, also adding food recipes and I was appointed to keep in touch with an external marketing agency
•Because I am an enthusiastic and fast learning person, I was appointed as the back-up person for the Sales Analyst, and every time  he wasn't available, I was in charge with issuing the daily sales reports and keeping in touch with Nielsen Company

•Every two months, the Human Resources department organized an internal competition called "Small Improvements". All the employees were encouraged to sent out theirs ideas and proposals aiming to improve processes and products. I contributed with valuable and easy to implement suggestions every time which helped ING Bank in creating a strong relation with its customers on a long term
•Marketing Department launched an internal challenge, and asked the employees to propose an innovative and easy to implement marketing campaign in order to increase the customer acquisition. My idea was selected on the short list
