In my role as Principal Consultant at Creative Down Under, a Creative Marketing Services Consultancy, I've had the privilege of delivering substantial value to a diverse clientele that includes Startups, SMEs, private enterprises, non-profit organizations, and government entities, both nationally and internationally. My contributions have spanned various domains, including:

•	Founded BITS (Brand in Ten Seconds), a platform empowering brands to succinctly convey their Unique Selling Proposition (USP) or key message in a concise 10-second video format. In today's fast-paced social media landscape dominated by platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, short-form video content reigns supreme. BITS effectively addresses this need, offering brands an efficient solution to capture audience attention, foster engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. •	Crafting captivating 'Stopworthy' content, primarily in video format, to effectively convey vital messages to different segments of the target market. It's a privilege that some of the content I've created has become some of the most viewed in the region.

•	Devising comprehensive strategies, tactical plans, and execution mechanisms in the realms of BAM (Branding, Advertising & Marketing) to align with business plans and objectives, ensuring the success of our clients.

Diocese Of Darwin

The Catholic Diocese of Darwin holds the distinction of being the largest Catholic Diocese in Australia, in terms of physical coverage. It includes 18 parishes, 18 schools, various agencies such as Catholic Care NT, Catholic Education NT, and St. Vincent de Paul, along with a range of other ministries and programs. 

I've been instrumental in:

•	Advising and supporting the Bishop of Darwin and the NT, who also serves as the National Chair of the Bishops Commission for Relations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples (BCRATSIP), with a focus on Marketing and Creative Communications employing Psychographic segmentation. 
•	Pioneering the development of the Catholic Diocese of Darwin's inaugural logo. 

•	Conceiving and implementing an animated character and series, rooted in local indigenous culture and values, to engage a burgeoning audience across the Northern Territory and beyond.

•	Introducing a sub-brand aimed at consistently conveying messages and values to a critical target audience over the mid to long term.

In the global landscape, two prominent challenges have emerged:

•	Many retirees, typically aged 60 and above, face difficulties in securing full-time employment, often due to a preference for younger professionals in the job market or health-related constraints.

•	Conversely, young entrepreneurs are flourishing worldwide, brimming with innovative ideas. However, they often lack access to professional guidance, primarily due to financial constraints common to startups.

WAYS.guru, short for 'Wisdom At Your Service,' addresses these challenges by categorizing individuals into 'Mentors' and 'Protégés' and offers a free platform to connect both groups. While abundant data is readily available online, the core of this platform/app lies in imparting wisdom garnered from decades of experience - this is the essence of WAYS.guru.

CTM, a prominent ASX-listed Travel Management Company, established a distinctive partnership with ITL World, one of the Middle East's largest and most rapidly expanding Travel Management Companies, operating across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.

I was accountable to the CEO and COO, and on select special projects, I reported directly to the CMD. Some of my achievements during this tenure include:
•	Spearheading a dynamic team of 8, fostering significant growth across multiple markets, brands, and platforms. This substantial contribution played a pivotal role in our recognition through various prestigious awards and accolades, including consecutive 'Superbrand' titles, World Travel Awards, and Aviation Business Awards.

•	Crafting a compelling tagline, launching new product lines, creating a sub-brand, and developing over 50 high-impact creatives, all of which substantially elevated brand visibility and engagement.

•	Contributing to successful pitches that secured multimillion-dollar clients such as Saipem, PAE, American Universities, IDB, IIUM, and Sumitomo Banking Corporation.

•	Orchestrating large-scale brand awareness initiatives through Guerrilla Marketing tactics at a range of events, including an International Football Tournament and annual events hosted at the headquarters of the world's largest integrated oil and gas corporation.

Kanoo Travel, serving as the master franchisee of American Express in the Middle East and a subsidiary of the Kanoo Group, stands as a cornerstone within one of the most longstanding and prominent family enterprises in the Middle East. This venerable conglomerate boasts noteworthy Joint Ventures with prominent entities such as AXA, American Express, BASF, Maersk, AkzoNobel, and others.

I had the honour of being an integral part of a visionary team that forged enduring partnerships and achieved record-breaking sales exceeding one billion AED. My key contributions included:

•	Collaborating closely with Regional Heads to formulate comprehensive strategies encompassing Marketing, Partnerships, Supplier Management, Geographic Expansion, and Merger/Acquisition/Joint Venture endeavours.

•	As a core member of the team, I worked in tandem with Senior Executives, Vice Presidents, and Senior Management of various airlines to craft strategic partnerships across the Middle East, a feat that elevated our status as the 'top sales driver' and 'top-performing TMC' in the UAE.

•	I conducted in-depth data analysis, including MIDT data, and negotiated contracts with major global airlines. Simultaneously, I devised targeted sales strategies to surpass predefined thresholds.

•	My innovative marketing and brand strategies paved the way for the generation of new revenue streams, enhancing our client base and delivering a substantial return on investment (ROI).

Big Fish (Formerly ADLAB) operated as an Integrated Marketing Communications Agency before its acquisition by The Kanoo Group.

I played a pivotal role in transforming the agency into a profitable entity. Notable achievements included:

•	Forging strategic marketing alliances and partnerships that led to substantial expansion of our client base and a marked improvement in the agency's brand equity.

•	Implementing cost-saving measures within the company, which not only optimised operational expenses but also contributed to the acquisition of clients, including global brands spanning diverse industries.
