Leader of transformation of original business as a private label and small estate winery to a comprehensive wholesale company.  Built the Butternut brand back to health, secured first Agency partnership with Scout Cellar @ Target, and launched new luxury Non-Alc Hand on Heart to 20K cases (+$15 Non-Alcoholic offering) and Reciprocity (+$15 Sustainable/Organic Estate offering).   Partnered cross-functionally to support infrastructure changes across operations, finance, marketing, and reporting. Recruited, built, and led national sales and support teams of 18.

Built strategic growth nationally partnered with SGWS across multiple brands within Wente Estates portfolio with a national team of twenty sales people plus several brokers. Managed the national/regional account calls, forecasting, brand launches, financials (P&L) and worked with marketing to bring chain retail programs for all channels.  Launched the first Agency partnership for Wente Family Estates.
