I was responsible for the creative direction, editorial content development and end-to-end life cycle of UX for the McCormick Canada family of brands (Frank's RedHot®, French's®, Club House­®, Club House La Grille­®, Billy Bee®, McCormick Gourmet®, Cake Mate®, Simply Asia®, Thai Kitchen®) owned websites. Working with key stakeholders company-wide, I brought these great brands to life online for Canadian consumers.

In this senior design role, I was responsible for big-picture brand strategy and art direction, execution for both print and digital mediums, managing external vendor partnerships and leading a team of junior and intermediate designers.

Senior Interactive Designer

In this role, I worked on a team of 6 to create ROI-driven digital content for a variety of 3M online platforms.  Liaising with industry experts, I created captivating, strategy-focused copy for iconic brands such as Post-it®, Scotch-Brite™, Command™, Scotch®, Tensor™, Cavilon™, ESPE™, Coban™, Unitek™ and many more.  

Additionally, as the team Scrum Master, I was responsible for all reporting and tracking of team targets, strategy for increased team efficiency and managing pain points for all team members.

Copywriter & Scrum Master

Strengthening 3M brand initiatives with strong design skills for both print and digital mediums, I worked cross-divisionally with a variety of teams to create on-target assets for campaigns, promotions, and more.  Always on time, and always on budget.

Additionally, I was responsible for all photography needs — from executive portraits, products, demonstrations, and event photography.

I worked with the Healthcare division at 3M Canada to create a series of e-learning modules for use by medical professionals in hospitals and long-term care facilities.  I handled everything from concept, creating interactive and static design elements and ultimately development of these 12 modules.
