You did everything right! You got the degree, you landed the “good” job, you followed the script. So did I. I studied engineering because it made sense on paper. But after bouncing between industries - construction, digital marketing, hospitality, tech sales, and logistics - I realized something: Success isn’t about following a script. It’s about writing your own! Each pivot taught me something new. Each shift pulled me closer to what truly mattered. And at the core of it all? Mindfulness. At first, I leaned on it unknowingly; navigating high-pressure roles, managing uncertainty, and adapting to change. But once I recognized its power, I started applying it with intention and that’s when everything began to shift. Now, I use mindfulness & movement to help me and some independent thinkers break free from fear-based conditioning and build the courage to bet on their Truth.
