1. Ensure 50+% growth by strategically selling to key accounts (in a few cases even globally)
2. Stakeholder management with 40+ team members
3. Coach a team of 7 AEs to help realize sales growth of 100+%
4. Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue recognition
5. Position new product lines like Hackathons, Assessment centers etc. in upcoming markets

Regional Manager (Americas - US, Canada & Latin America)

After successfully growing LatAm's business from USD 300K to USD 3M in 3 years, I am onwards to the next challenge in my career.

I am responsible to grow Mettl's footprint in the US and for that I work with a team of SDRs and AEs to reach the right target audience.

1. Achieve revenue targets for the year (~80% growth from last year)
2. Mentor and guide team of AEs

- Achieved growth of  ~115% YoY in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina
- Onboarded 100+ accounts in a span of 2 years
- During the pandemic, ensured continued education for students in colleges/universities (we grew ~700% in 2020)

A boutique building services consultant, providing consultancy for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services. My key roles/responsibilities were-:
- Drafting drawings using AutoCAD for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) services
- Calculating heat loads and selecting chillers and respective air-handling units (AHU)
- Designing layouts for 30-80 TR (ton of refrigeration) at AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Patna, ESIC Sanathnagar
- Creating the layout for a 100 TR project of BlueRidge, Pune
- Collaboration & coordination with architects to ensure feasibility of ducting, aesthetic positioning of chillers, variable refrigerant volume (VRV) units, AHUs, Diffusers and grills

Mechanical Design Engineer

The Coca-Cola Company

- Achieved maximum efficiency of 36000 bottles/24 hour of the production plant by effective/hands-on maintenance (happened for the first time in history of that plant)
- Ensured uninterrupted production (bottling of different beverages from Coke, Fanta, Limca, Thums-Up)
- Plan and execute preventive + annual maintenance to have the plant ready for production
- Additional responsibility of safety of the plant, got approval certificates for all pressure vessels and boiler chimneys
