This role is assigned to K-12 School District business and I am the lead cultivating the client relationship and providing on-going service, including retention and customer care activities, responding to client/employee inquiries and issues as well as conducting renewal meetings and reviewing renewal options with the client.  This roles works in conjunction with the consultant and the account manager assigned to the account to provide excellent service.

Benefits Relationship Manager
