From my first meeting with a CFO in his office in Menomonie, Wisconsin at 23 years old to today, I view my job as being the ultimate problem solver. How can we collectively take big, complex problems, synthesize them, and identify a solution that will drive an outcome. With 10+ years of experience, I've learned a few lessons as I went from selling best practice research memberships at the Advisory Board Company to digital transformation partnerships at Notable: 1. Don't sell shelfware. Nothing is worse than doing all the work and no one using it. 2. Be transparent of what is needed from both sides for a partnership to be successful. There is no easy button for change and we shouldn't pretend there is. 3. Relationships matter. I do my best work when I can combine a curiosity and passion for an industry. This brought me to Notable and is what has kept me there. I am working with colleagues and customers who are trying to solve really hard problems. I get to spend my time taking GTM strategies and product from 0-1 and then help them scale across the organization. Prior to joining Notable, I was at Salesforce and in the Salesforce ecosystem. My time has been spent in various industries including SaaS sales, professional services, and research from SMB to F500 and higher education to healthcare. I am a member of the IU Angel Network through IU Ventures. This group gives me the opportunity to participate in investments in early stage companies with ties to Indiana University. I’ve enjoyed the chance to learn from and invest in early stage CPG and SaaS companies and take a focus in investing in women owned and run companies. Can I be of help to you?
