I’m an entrepreneur at heart, always driven by a passion for building, whether it’s assembling high-performing teams or helping businesses lay the foundation for success. I believe that when you invest in people, understand their motivations, and support their goals, they’ll help you construct something even greater in return. I started my career in the home mortgage and financial services sector, but I quickly found my true calling in recruiting and client management with the world’s largest staffing agency. After gaining years of industry expertise, I took the leap and launched Kastel Staffing Group in 2021, focusing on talent solutions for the construction sector. Originally from Michigan, I learned early on that the best opportunities aren’t just found, they’re built. That entrepreneurial mindset, shaped by years of hard work and determination, continues to drive me today. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, whether we’re camping, mountain biking, or exploring new trails. I bring that same energy and passion for adventure into everything I do, both personally and professionally.
