I drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration — with successful project planning and communication — within the Marketing team and cross-functional projects. Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts for positions in operations, consulting, and initiatives at a non-profit social impact consulting firm.

•	Collaborate with leadership team and hiring managers to create and curate job postings, review resumes, and provide candidate recommendations
•	Plan and execute sourcing strategy to increase number of qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds
•	Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of recruiting strategy
•	Manage candidate communication and scheduling logistics for all rounds of interviews

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Massachusetts General Hospital

Supported the development and onboarding efforts of the Admitting Department through individual and class-based trainings. 

•	Trained new hires in 17 discrete Epic courses, in addition to various self-made soft skills trainings
•	Credentialed to train on Epic platforms including ADT, Stork, Optime, and ASAP
•	Identified lack of onboarding process for new hires and developed a comprehensive support program 
•	Created and conducted new 30/60/90-day check-in program to offer continuous support for approximately 30 new employees
•	Designed and executed new offboarding program, including conducting exit interviews for approximately 10 departing staff
•	Instituted Lunch and Learn program, a multi-faceted year-long series of development and enrichment events

Northeastern University

•	Supervised, evaluated, and empowered a staff of 14 paraprofessionals 
•	Developed and presented training and professional development activities for all staff
•	Served as a member of the Professional Staff Selection Committee

•	Oversaw and identified needs of a suite-style community of 220 upperclassman students
•	Supervised and developed seven student staff members through evaluation and encouragement

•	Served on a steering committee for the Kentucky Association of Housing Officers conference
•	Appropriated a budget in excess of $1,200

Graduate Resident Director

•	Created and implemented a training for student facilitators and participants in a Speaker’s Bureau
•	Coordinated the LGBT International Tea, a Pride Week event that focused on global LGBT issues
•	Organized “Coming Out as an Ally,” a Pride Week event for administrators to show their support
•	Successfully advocated for a full-time/graduate student housing staff partner live-in policy
•	Worked with housing staff to find ways to better serve LGBT student needs in housing application
•	Reviewed CAS Assessment previously performed to better align the office with the CAS Standards

•	Completed assessment tasks to research needs in university housing
•	Served on a search committee for Assistant Director for Residential Education
