I was originally recruited to Kforce during their Source Edp days to help build the Grand Rapids branch office from just a satellite location of Detroit.   I was part of a small team that took that satellite office and built it into an Award Winning branch of its own.  Often out performing much larger Branch locations in more traditional job markets.

My duties at Kforce included - Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Recruiting (Full Desk).  

I focused primarily on Information Technology roles and Human Resources positions.  Our Team invented the "mixed-model" of staffing for Source Edp, where we supplied Candidates for both permanent hire roles and contracting roles using the same staff, supplying Candidates using any model a Client or Candidate required.

Source Edp (Source Services Corp)

Source Edp was one of the first full-service staffing firms specializing in Information Technology.  

Their unique business model centered around hiring their own Recruiting & Sales Staff exclusively from Candidates that had worked hands-on in either the Information Technology or the Accounting Industries.

Their hiring practice was unique in that only former IT Professionals and former Accounting Professionals were hired and then cross-trained in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, and Consultative Sales.  

They focused initially on permanent hire roles in IT and Finance (contingency Search) and later added IT Consulting to their service offering.  

The firm was founded in 1962 by two Computer Professionals during the Technology Industry's first major growth period.  Source Edp had more than 50 offices in the U.S. and one in Canada when it was acquired by Romac International in 1998.  

In 1999, Romac changed the combined company name to Kforce.com leveraging Technology to automate Staffing at the height of the .Com boom.

The company was later renamed to Kforce, removing the .com reference, since they were always a brick & mortar company.

Supported Clients in the International Shipping and Manufacturing Industries.   

Developed and supported custom CRM applications for Client firms.  Also developed and marketed a complete CRM packaged application. 

Advised Clients on CRM options, proposed and then developed custom Contact Mangement and Sales Management software systems.  

Developed custom software applications utilized by Client firms to give their Sales Organizations a strategic Sales advantage.

CRM Consulting and CRM Software Publishing firm, developed and implemented CRM solutions for fortune 1000 firms throughout the United States, the UK, and Australia.  

Unitrac Software Corporation produced a suite of applications which automated nearly every facet of the Sales & Marketing processes utilized by major corporations. 

That functionality included - Contact Management, Automated Correspondence, Sales Activity Management, Sales Force Management, Lead Source Analysis, Scripted Tele-Marketing, Marketing Analysis, Campaign Management, and Sales Cycle Analysis with Systems Integration to Client-specific in-house developed systems.  

The Unitrac system operated as a central resource for an Organization's - Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Tele-Marketing, and Sales Management teams.  This market leading system allowed organizations to have their various Customer-contact groups work in concert for the promotion of their products and services.

This system was implemented at Major Corporations in the Financial Services, Distribution, Manufacturing, Legal, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Marketing Services industries.  

Unitrac Software Corporation was a DBA, the Company's legal name was Inter-Systems Corporation.  This firm was later renamed Sales Page Technologies.

I'm a career Staffing Professional who originally started my work life in Information Technology (IT) as an Application Developer.  So once upon a time, I was a Rock Star Developer and CRM Consultant who then transitioned successfully into the Staffing Agency industry.  Ironically I was "recruited" to help build up a satellite office into a full Branch location for a National IT staffing organization.
