In 2008, the series averaged 53 attendees representing 26 federal agencies per workshop and over 85% of attendees said they planned to use what they learned at the workshop to immediately improve their agency’s practices.
- Managed and coached a team of five university faculty and oversaw the development and tracking of project metrics for the Partnership’s grant schools program, which awards select universities $5,000 to build effective campaigns to promote federal service and strengthen long-term, strategic relationships between universities and federal agencies.
- Developed a detailed recruiter-training program that was implemented in several federal agencies.
