Governance - Reporting to the CEO and Board.  Established Audit & Funding Committee.  Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with FCA permssions and liasing with regulator.

Reporting - Responsible for an international group of 10 companies, covering Statutory and Tax reporting.  Took Group through successful first year Audit.

Business partnering - working cross functionally with Product and Tech teams to enhance value for internal stakeholders through platform development. Supporting commercial teams with MI that matters.
