With extensive years of experience in IT management, I have successfully led and delivered multiple IT projects, managed vendor relationships, and improved manufacturing processes for various organizations. I have a Google Project Management Certificate and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati. My core competencies include supporting and training end-users, communicating and interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting technical information in a clear and understandable way, and solving problems proactively and cost-effectively. I have also developed and implemented system security and disaster recovery plans, and overseen hardware and software installations, upgrades, and conversions. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to enhance productivity and performance. In my spare time I enjoy being a volunteer yoga instructor, running, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
