-Manage a team of  28 BDRs, 4 Team Leads, 6 AEs, 1 Sales Academy Manager and 1 Retention Manager. Headcount-40
-Promoted 5 BDRs to SR. BDRs, 4 BDRs to Team Leads and 5 BDRs to AEs promotions under 1 year.
-Lead Fractional Sales Products(BDRS that book meetings for other companies as outsourced lead gen)
-Implement the current tech stack that includes: Slack, Apollo, Mailshake, Kixie, Builtwith, Hubspot, Reply.io, Upwork, Notion,  Quickmail, Sales Navigator, Grammarly, Crunchbase, Clickup, and Insightful.
