As a senior commercial operations analyst, I led the development, design and testing of our new Sales Booking software tool built with SAP software. My team was responsible for capturing all of the sales data across all cloud LOBs with definitive accuracy while adhering to a strict Financial timeline. Part of the design process was consulting with the SuccessFactors and SAP cloud team to understand their sales data processes and sales incentive designs to develop a tool that could replace Ariba's usage of PeopleSoft Financial. We delivered the product in six months and were able to reduce our timeline for reporting by 60%.
