I LOVED it, and I learned a lot about management and leadership. After becoming a parent, I organically moved to exploit my strengths and passion: WRITING. I initially focused on assisting individuals in crafting ATS-optimized resumes, enabling them to attain roles that had previously seemed unattainable because of their inability to communicate their value. Recognizing the need for further support, I transitioned into Interview Coaching, guiding my clients in overcoming subconscious barriers and mastering the art of effective communication during interviews. I have devoted 9+ to this endeavor and my commitment remains unwavering. I find immense fulfillment in empowering others to secure meaningful opportunities and will remain dedicated to this path. As I continue my ascent of the steep mountain that is parenting, I couldn't help but be struck by the multitude of challenges that many parents are facing today in raising their children. Witnessing this struggle alongside my own struggles ignited a new sense of purpose and determination. I began to wonder how I could best support these parents to ensure the well-being and development of their children. Et voila! Parent Coaching. I am currently pursuing a TRANSFORMATIONAL PARENT COACHING CERTIFICATE through the esteemed The Jai Institute for Parenting. This certification will equip me with the knowledge and tools necessary to provide impactful support and guidance to parents navigating this intricate journey. By offering personalized guidance, my aim is to empower parents with the insights and strategies essential for nurturing secure, loving bonds with their children. Grounded in the principles of attachment science, this approach helps to foster deep understanding and meaningful connections within families. I want to support parents in overcoming the hurdles they encounter, whether it be balancing career demands or navigating the complexities of family dynamics. By integrating the principles of attachment theory into my coaching approach, I aim to provide a beacon of hope and assistance for parents seeking to shape a brighter future for themselves and their children.
