As a member of the Executive Team, I work closely with our Leadership Teams across the company aligning sales, marketing, client success, creative, paid media, content, finance, technology, HR, and operations to ensure that our long-term vision translates into clear, actionable plans that help us (and our clients) grow and succeed.

5 Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Culture Building: Lead and mentor high-performing teams across the company. Foster a results-driven, inclusive culture. Implement performance management programs to enhance talent development.

2. Strategic Growth: Built and implemented a scalable framework for the Liger brand that led to its growth and acquisition by Tarkenton Companies. Then, applied the framework to continue to scale the new company. Develop risk management strategies to ensure operational resilience.

3. Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Oversee daily business operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

4. Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality standards. Track and analyze KPIs to ensure financial and operational health.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain high standards for project delivery and client service excellence. Build and strengthen relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive business success.
