Since moving to London, in 2011, I have been managing my full-time jobs with freelance Journalism & Photography roles and, since 2016, Content & Digital Marketing consultancy as well.

As a graduated and experienced Journalist and Marketer, I produce and write original content both in English and Portuguese for journalistic clients and B2B/B2C companies, and also have a long career in Digital Marketing focused on branding, content, SEO, analytics, community, SEM/PPC and Social Media/SCO. I am also a flexible and versatile Photographer, and can work in any area: photoshoots both in-studio and outdoors, portraits, fashion, corporate, events, music shows and hard news.

Some international clients are "Folha de São Paulo", the most important Brazilian newspaper, "Terra Networks", one of the most popular news website in South America, and "Globo", the largest communications company in Latin America and second in the world. Dext's bookkeeping automation tools provide solutions to help bookkeepers, accountants and businesses be more productive and save time on their day-to-day tasks.
As a Senior Global Content Manager, I was fully responsible for the content strategy for all 3 Dext products across different global regions. My role was part of the Brand & Content team, working with talented designers, copywriters and social media managers, as well as external freelancers and agencies. During my time at Dext, I developed, planned and executed the content strategy and editorial calendar, supporting both its audiences via all channels and all content formats.

Infabode

Infabode is an online platform that provides global news, research, insights & reports to the Real Estate market. During my time in the company, I was responsible for all news, reports and insights uploaded on Infabode's website from their over 400 content providers to ensure high-quality standard across this innovative Proptech platform. I’ve also developed the company’s full Communications strategy, which includes creating and managing Social Media daily content and special coverages, establishing media contacts for PR, planning the company’s blog and generally increasing brand awareness by sourcing and developing social connections across the Real Estate industry.

Reason for leaving: change of industry for career path.

Omorovicza Cosmetics

Omorovicza is a luxury skincare brand based in London and Budapest. While working as a Business Manager, I managed the company's biggest counter in the UK and its Spa with a team of Sales Assistants and Facialists. After I started, the counter recovered its growth from negative figures, doubled its size in a better location within the department and started offering daily treatments. I was responsible for personally managing bookings, liaising with the PR team to promote the spa and counter's events both on Social Media and directly with relevant influencers, assisting with Digital Marketing, producing a photographic archive of products and events, creating and maintaining the counter's visual merchandising, placing buying orders and checking stock levels, producing weekly and monthly reports, providing personalised consultations and closing sales.

Reason for leaving: career redirection (moving from Retail).

Alongside this full-time role, I started freelancing as a Marketing Consultant for small B2B and B2C brands - the beginning of a new career for me.

Business Manager

Kiehl's Since 1851 - L'Oreal UK

As Deputy Business Manager for Kiehl's in a luxury Department Store in Central London (Liberty), I used to manage a team of 7 people while ensuring the counter hit targets and still provided the best customer service experience and exploring new Marketing opportunities. I was also responsible for ensuring the counter followed visual merchandising guidelines, disclosing special events in-store via Social Media, placing buying orders, producing weekly and monthly reports, providing personalised consultations and closing sales. I was also the "Education Mentor" at the counter, responsible for practical training of new team members in-store.

Reason for leaving: job offer from Omorovicza.

Alongside this full-time role, I kept freelancing as a Journalist and Photographer for national and international clients, supporting ad-hoc projects and covering special stories.

Kiehl's Deputy Business Manager

I'm a London-based Brazilian/Italian/British (yes, I collect citizenships) graduated Journalist, Photographer and Senior Marketer. My professional experience spans a variety of industries within B2B and B2C and includes Content Strategy and Production of all sorts and broad Digital Marketing.
