• Developed this new business from the ground-up to serve 100 customers representing over $1MM ARR (3-year contracts) across more than 1 million acres of international farm land, secured in our first year.
• Managed a remote team of experienced conservationists to verify agriculture management practices and ecological outcomes against principles of Regenerative Agriculture.
• Applied systems thinking & product management principles to implement a fully integrated digital infrastructure and automation platform for business activities including sales, account management, in-field operations, data collection & analytics, customer success, and ESG reporting.
• Responsible for budgeting, designing, and managing the development of a suite of tools including a novel mobile-native and web based software application to enable the scalability of on-farm auditing to meet the company’s growing annual demand of 30+ million acres internationally.
